Appointments WINTER 2020 : January 7 through April 30.

If you are a first-time visitor to the HSWC, register to create a student account. If you are a returning student, you must update your account this year.

You must be a student in one of the six Health Sciences faculties we serve: Dalla Lana School of Public Health, Dentistry, KPE, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Social Work. If you are a student in another faculty, click on the link at the bottom of the page to find your appropriate University of Toronto writing centre.

Please use your University of Toronto email address (ending mail.utoronto.ca). Double check to ensure you have entered it correctly.

NEW THIS YEAR! We have TWO schedules: a Winter 2020 schedule and a Winter ONLINE 2020 schedule. To switch between schedules, click on the drop-down menu at the top of the page. Use the Winter 2020 schedule to book in-person and e-Tutoring (asynchronous) appointments. Use the ONLINE 2020 schedule to book online (synchronous) or e-Tutoring (asynchronous) apppointments.

To get to this page, you should have first gone through a link asking you for your UTOR id and password. If you did not, please EXIT, go to hswriting.ca and click on our "Appointments" link to get the correct URL link. Please delete any bookmarks to this scheduling system that you used prior to September 2019.

If you need help setting up your account or have questions, please contact

Dr. Boba Samuels, Director of the Health Sciences Writing Centre at boba.samuels@utoronto.ca.
