Welcome to the Health Sciences Writing Centre! Fall 2025 appointments are available from September 8 through December 19.

First-time visitors to the HSWC must register to create a student account. If you are a returning student, log in using your existing U of T email address.

You must be a student in one of the 5 Health Sciences faculties we serve: Dalla Lana School of Public Health, KPE, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Social Work. Faculty of Medicine students must contact Dr. Michael Cournoyea directly.

We offer in-person appointments and virtual appointments (synchronous ONLINE). You may book asynchronous E-TUTORING appointments for written feedback only after an initial visit with a writing instructor. Book your appointments early and then upload your assignment and draft prior to the start time. See guidance at our website.
